A retirement project

 
Today I had a crazy idea.

My wife and I have subscribed to Bon Appetit since 1981 and also have many prior issues from my Mother. I just retired, so why not cook a meal from every issue that we have in the basement. I did some math, if we cook one meal per week, it will take 10 years to get through them all.
